| | | | My wife Linda found an interview with the Ravenmaster at the Tower of London on the net, where he reports something rather remarkable. One of the ravens has picked up a good deal of human speech. When the Ravenmaster feeds the ravens, he says, "That's for you." One of the ravens sometimes replies, "That's for me." If that is correct, it suggests that the raven understands some very essential grammatical distinctions, especially between the first person and the second.
The Ravenmaster is not a scientist, but he probably has more close contact with ravens than any other person in the world.
