Sure, I've got an iPod, but I like to fire up one of my portable cassette players (preferably a Panasonic), boost the bass and go through life hearing one continuous album. Perhaps even twice in a row, with the auto-reverse on. No shuffling here. The listener experience is exactly in the order that the artist (or at least the artist's record label) originally intended.

Think of all the cassettes that aren't available on CD. What about the original mix of Iggy & the Stooges "Raw Power" album? The CD now in print was remixed by the Ig himself. The only way to hear the original is on vinyl (not portable) or on the audiophile's choice -- cassette!
