Nina daVinci Nichols


TRANSLATES: Italian

Nina daVinci Nichols is a professor of English at Rutgers University, Newark. After graduate studies in Shakespeare at New York University, where she received doctoral honors, she began to turn her attention to myths, psychoanalysis and, most recently, the works of Pirandello and other Italian playwrights. Nichols has published widely in drama and Victorian studies and edits the international quarterly, Annals of Scholarship. She has also adapted and stages modern plays, written two novels, and hopes to find time for another.
