David Castillo is a journalist, critic, novelist, and poet.
Since 1989, he has been director of the cultural supplement of the newspaper Avui.
His poetry publications include Game Over, Mühlberg Bridge, and most recently, Downtown, which an homage to New York and the poet Pedro Pietri. He has also published the novels Hell’s Sky and Don’t Look Back.
Castillo has won the Carles Riba Poetry Prize and the Sant Jordi Prize.
