Antonio Monda is an Italian writer, film director, and professor at New York University.
He is the author of La magnifica illusione, The Hidden Go (MoMA), Do You Believe?: Conversations on God and Religion (Vintage), Hanno preferito le tenebre, Lontano dai sogni, and the novel Assoluzione.
Monda contributes to Italy’s La Repubblica and Vanity Fair Italy. He has directed several documentaries and the feature film Dicembre. He is Artistic Director of the Le Conversazioni Literary Festival and serves on the Advisory Board of the Rome Film Festival.
