Miriam McKenzie
I am a divorced 41-year old Puerto Rican woman. I have been incarcerated now for 20 years. During my incarceration, I obtained my GED, Associate’s and Bachelor’s in the interest of Sociology. I love writing poetry, fictional stories and memoirs. I like to read horror books and fantasy books. I love to watch classic and musical movies. Writing is my therapy. It will get me through another day while in prison.
