Jianhong Jianhong
Li Jianhong, whose pen name is Xiao Qiao, is a Shanghai-based Chinese freelance Internet writer and a member of Independent Chinese PEN Center.

In August 2002, Ms. Li founded the web sites Enlightenment Forum and Free China Forum, both of which are now blocked. She has been subjected to intense police harassment for her critical writings online and for peaceful dissident activities. With PEN’s help, on April 28, 2008, Li Jianhong was allowed to leave China to accept a fellowship in Stockholm, Sweden, but only after signing a statement agreeing not to return to China, a move PEN likened to deportation or banishment.
