Pokong Chen
Chen Pokong is a dissident, writer, and member of the Independent Chinese PEN Center. He was jailed in China for four and a half years from 1989 to 1992, and again from 1993 to 1995. Since arriving in the United States he has been a visiting scholar at Columbia University and currently serves as an editorial consultant for Radio Free Asia.
