Peter Weber
Peter Weber
Peter Weber was born in Wattwil/Toggenburg, Switzerland in 1968.

His first novel, Der Wettermacher (The Weathermaster), was published to great critical acclaim.

Weber’s other works include Silber und Salbader, Bahnhofsprosa, and, most recently, Die melodielosen Jahre, for which he received the Solothurner Literature Prize.

Weber collaborates with musicians and artists on various projects, and in 2007, he wrote the text for Andreas Züst’s photo essay Fluorescent Seas of Fog. Weber currently lives in Zurich.
