Ken Saro-Wiwa, Jr. is a writer and journalist.
His first book, In
the Shadow of a Saint, won the 2002 Hurston/Wright Foundation’s Legacy
Award for nonfiction.
His work has also appeared around the world on BBC
Radio and TV, Channel 4, and NPR.
He served as an aide to President Olusegun
Obasanjo in 2006–7, and currently serves as a Special Assistant on International
Affairs to the president of Nigeria, Umaru Musa Yar’Adua.
He is currently working
on his second novel, The Last Man.
