Dmitry Danilov was born in 1969 in Moscow, where he currently lives.
He is a writer of prose and the author of the books Black and Green (Red Sailor, 2004) and House Ten (Raketa, 2006). His work has been published in the journals New World, Russian Life, Yang (Belgium), and other print journals as well as in numerous literary Internet resources.
His work has been translated into English, Italian, and Dutch. In 2008 he traveled to the US as a fellow in the Open World program. He works as a journalist.
