Bino A. Realuyo

Bino A. Realuyo is a poet and a novelist, an adult educator, a community activist, and co-founder of the Asian American Writers’ Workshop. He is the author of the award winning books, The Umbrella Country, a novel, and The Gods We Worship Live Next Door, a poetry collection. He was also the editor of The NuyorAsian Anthology: Asian American Writings About New York City and The Literary Review's Am Here: Contemporary Filipino Writings in English. His poetry collection was a finalist for Beyond Margins 2006 and a recipient of the Philippine National Book Award 2009. His website is www.binoarealuyo.com.
