John Buffalo Mailer

John Buffalo Mailer is a playwright whose productions include Crazy Eyes and Hello Herman. He was a founding member of Back House Productions, the resident theater company of New York’s Arthur Seelon Theater. As a freelance journalist, Mailer gained prominence for his writing on the 2008 Republican National Convention in New York City; he was part of the editorial team behind the re-launch of the iconic High Times magazine. With Norman Mailer, he is co-author of the critically acclaimed The Big Empty: Dialogues on Politics, Sex, God, Boxing, Morality, Myth, Poker, and Bad Conscience in America.
