PEN INVITES EVERYONE TO JOIN US IN FOCUSING ATTENTION ON THE PLIGHT OF OUR COLLEAGUES IN ALGERIA, MOROCCO AND TUNISIA FROM SEPTEMBER 1-12, 2003
