Dave Eggers
Dave Eggers Dave Eggers is the editor of McSweeney's and the author of three books. Recently he co-edited two books of oral histories, including Surviving Justice: America's Wrongfully Convicted and Exonerated—the first in a series called Voice of Witness, founded by Eggers and Lola Vollen under the auspices of the UC Berkeley Graduate School of Journalism. Voice of Witness books will illuminate human rights crises around the world through accessible and teachable oral history-based books. Eggers is currently working on a biography of Valentino Achak Deng, a refugee from southern Sudan now living in the United States.
