Sandra Cisneros
Sandra Cisneros is the author of many books, including: My Wicked Wicked Ways; Loose Woman; Woman Hollering Creek and Other Stories; Hairs/Pelitos, a children’s book; and two novels, The House on Mango Street and Caramelo, which was selected as notable book of the year by The New York Times. Cisneros’s other awards include a MacArthur Foundation Fellowship and two National Endowment of the Arts Fellowships for fiction and poetry.
