Urroz is the author of the Poemas en exhibicion, the political report El hombre del tucán, the essays Las formas de la inteligencia amorosa: D. H. Lawrence y James Joyce, andSiete ensayos capitales. Urroz has also published the following novels: Las leyes que el amor elige, Las plegarias del cuerpo, included in the collective volume Tres bosquejos del mal, Las Rémoras, Herir tu fiera carne, and Un siglo tras de mí.

Urroz is currently his working on the novel Friccion.
