Angélica Gorodischer
Angélica Gorodischer Angélica Gorodischer was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina in 1928 and has lived most of her life in the city of Rosario.

She has published 17 novels, many of them fantasy and science fiction, and has won numerous awards. In 1996, she received the Dignity Award from the Permanent Assembly for Human Rights on account of her work for women’s rights. Her novel Kalpa Imperial was translated into English by Ursula K. Le Guin and published in 2003.
