Peter Stamm has worked as freelance writer and journalist for Neue Zürcher Zeitung, Tages-Anzeiger, Weltwoche, and the satirical magazine Nebelspalter. Since 1997, he has edited Entwürfe für Literatur, a literary journal that publishes contemporary poetry and prose.
He published his first novel, Agnes, in 1999, and has since published another novel, short-story collections, and several radio and stage plays. His novel Unformed Landscapes, translated by Michael Hofmann, will be published this spring. |
