Robert Faggen
Robert Faggen, Professor of Literature at Claremont McKenna College, is the author or editor of numerous books including Striving Towards Being: The Letters of Thomas Merton and Czeslaw Milosz (Farrar, Straus & Giroux). His interviews with Milosz appeared in The Paris Review and Books and Culture. In 1998 he organized the International Milosz Festival at Claremont with Seamus Heaney, Zagajewski, Michnik, and Milosz himself, the proceedings published in Partisan Review. Faggen is a founder of the Milosz Archive and Institute. He received his A.B. from Princeton University and his Ph.D. from Harvard University.
