Poison (Patrick Suskind) to compare with the (awful) movie. The book is a layered tour de force of horror, sociology, and metaphysics

World Voices, of course. Variety, political issues, location
What do you value most about your Membership to PEN?
The whole kit and caboodle. Keeps me connected to the US.
