I. Procedure for Election

1) The Nominating Committee offers you a slate of candidates for 2008. Please see the Composition of the Slate for the full slate and and biographical information about each candidate.

You have approximately eight weeks in which to consider the slate. During this time, you may submit an alternate slate or the names of individual candidates.

2) After the eight weeks, you will receive your proxy ballot, any alternate slate that has been proposed, and a copy of the original slate offered by the Nominating Committee. Biographical statements from each candidate will be provided.

You will have three to four weeks in which to complete and return your ballot.

In the interest of timeliness and accuracy, we advise that you use the proxy ballot to vote even if you are planning to attend the Annual Meeting. Advance receipts of ballots will expedite the meeting and further guarantee confidentiality.
