I am the founder and creative director of The Translation Project and have created various projects based on new Iranian poetry: the anthology, BELONGING: New Poetry by Iranians Around the World (North Atlantic Books, July 2008), plus ICARUS/RISE, Four Springs and Midnight Approaches, multimedia theatrical and film pieces based on this new poetry. I'm currently developing another large scale multimedia public performance and am working on bringing our shows to New York.
