Ilsa Gilbert, the founder and chair of the PEN Women's Literary Workshop, announces the 2009 Annual Reading and Reception.

The PEN Women's Literary Workshop is now entering it's eighteenth year. All PEN Members regardless of gender are invited to the Annual Reading and Reception, and to join in the workshop.
