I started out as a reporter in Massachusetts, came to NY, was a fact-checker and film critic; went to law school for a minute; worked for CBS as an archivist; became a news and then law librarian, and am now an investigative researcher.
Am working on my second novel, having put the first one on hold until I figure out some things about music to be able to finish/polish it the way I envision.
Since writing is such a solitary activity (aside from the company one gets from one's characters!), I'm interested in how other writers work, particularly those with "day jobs." I'm also interested in process and sources of inspiration and what people are reading and why.
