I have no objection to having my published/copyrighted works made available to the public via the Google Print Library Project.

But I think they should pay a fee and assure us that our work is not going to be pirated by the essay and term-paper industry, which sells authors’ works to students for a fee so they can commit plagiarism with no consequences unless their professors are well read. There have to be safeguards on these kinds of databases. I don't think we can stop this any more than the music industry could but each download should cost and fees should go to creators! How can this be facilitated?
