I have no objection to having my published/copyrighted works made available to the public via the Google Print Library Project.

I wouldn't want the whole book available but small portions provide free advertising. Since sites like Amazon and iTunes have allowed me to listen to 30 seconds or a minute of songs, I've bought many more CDs (or single tunes from iTunes) and been disappointed less often. This is, after all, what we do in a bookstore and nobody objects, but bookstores stock very few books.

Yes, Google is richer than I am. What else is new?
