Mary Crow has translated Latin American poets from Argentina, Chile, Columbia, Peru, Venezuela, Uruguay. Her prizes include a translation award from Columbia University's translation center, a Colorado Book Award for her Juarroz translations, and Fulbright awards to Chile, Peru, Argentina, and Venezuela.
