Currently working on:
I continue to translate Göran Sonnevi's work. He was just awarded the Nordic Council's Literary Prize (2006) for his new book The Ocean.  I am serving as the Swedish-language editor for the forthcoming Graywolf anthology The New European Poets, mostly in an editorial capacity, but to some extent translating some poets of my own generation and later.  Finally, revising very slightly for republication by Green Integer my translation of Ekelöf's Guide to the Underworld.

PEN Recommends: The Auden/Sjöberg translation of Ekelöf's Selected Poems (Pantheon/Penguin), which contained almost all the poems from Diwan over the Prince of Emgion and The Tale of Fatumeh.
